Mentor-Mentee Connection

We connect volunteer mentors of good standing with our youth to invest their experience in the youth’s personal growth and transform their life path.

We carefully vet and match each young person with a mentor aligned in their career interest to create a relationship for ongoing learning and personal development.

This process helps the youth understand what it takes to drive and build a career path and also provide experimentally based advice on navigating challenges along the way.
